Corrugated Cardboard
Corrugated cardboard is a packing material with unlimited possibilities. It is light, strong and economical in running costs. Packing made from corrugated board has become the natural part of everyday life. Corrugated board is produced on a BHS corrugating machine, with an effective width of 2450 mm by sticking togethert several covering layers and corrugated materials with starch glue. Testliners and white, marbled and brown kraftliners are used as cocering layers, with surface weights of 125-175 g/m. Fluting waves of production type C, B and E, with surface weight 90-150g/m are used. The combination of materials used depends upon the requirements of the boxes and other forms of packaging produced. Corrugated board selections:
- 2 layer - single face, B flute

- 3 layer - single wall, E, B, C flute

- 5 layer - double wall, B/C, B/E, EE flute

Corrugated board with 2,3 and 5 layers are produced with brown, white, or marbled surface.

2 layer -single face corrugated board is delivered in rolls by cutting the width into two pieces, respectively into three parts. The length of the strip is at wave E cca 250 m, wave B cca 150 m and wave C cca 120 m.

3 layer - single wall corrugated board is delivered in sheets min. 600x600 mm and max. 2 400 x 2 800 mm on pallets EUR twice, respectively four times stripped.
